Drink slayer
2015 || brass, suede
The Drink Slayer is a decorative bottle opener that I machined from stock brass on a Haas CNC mill. The opener takes the form of a sword that suggests the shape of a dragon and features a suede-wrapped hilt for improved comfort. The part was modeled in SolidWorks and machined using HSM Works. Brass was chosen as the material because it best suited the aesthetic of the design.
